Exchange & Returns Policy

You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product does not match the deion

  • You received the wrong item

Return Conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Customized products (if applicable)

Refund Process:

  • The request is submitted to customer support

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method
